California Nature Treks & Team Adventures' team building programs are a great and unique way of getting your team outdoors. We work all over California and are a particular favorite with companies located in the Bay Area and San Francisco. We've also created programs where groups like to escape to such as Napa, Monterey, Palm Springs, Half Moon Bay and Orange County.

We specialize in providing a range of unique full-service, outdoor group adventures including guided hikes (NatureTreks) and outdoor team building adventures (TeamAdventures) that our clients use to their advantage in some of the following ways:

  • Building new teams by breaking down barriers, instilling corporate values and promoting camaraderie.
  • Rewarding and retaining existing teams
  • Exposing – and fixing – workplace problems or conflicts

TeamAdventures are active, hands-on, team building adventures centered around exciting, goal-oriented simulations and contests that require teams to work together to overcome physical and mental challenges. TeamAdventures are offered in wilderness areas and urban areas. Each is customized to match a client’s goals and the abilities of the participants. This way the focus as well as the level of physical challenge is appropriate for everyone.

NatureTreks are full-service, guided group hikes led by our team of friendly, knowledgeable and professional guides. NatureTreks feature a stimulating mix of scenic hiking, wildlife viewing and natural history interpretation. Alpine peaks, desert palm oases, towering ancient redwoods, elephant seals, sea otters, elk and incredible trails and scenery are a few of the things participants get to see and experience on a NatureTrek. Relax, reinvigorate, learn about the natural world and spend some time away from the office or the meeting site to network or bond with others or network with partners or clients.

Programs range from 3 hours to 5 days and can include transportation, meals and various accommodations (primitive camping, luxury camping or hotel/resort accommodations).
